I haven't played Gaiden, but I am not aware of anything about Echoes in the game. The colon comes after "Echoes", which certainly seems odd. It is a remake of Fire Emblem Gaiden obviously. I was thinking about this since Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia was announced.
